Scott Stringer is a lifelong New Yorker who has served New York City as Comptroller, Manhattan Borough President, and Assembly Member. As Comptroller, Stringer exposed waste and mismanagement, and oversaw the City’s $240 billion pension funds as it grew to record levels. Stringer took on the world’s largest fossil fuel companies, advancing the cause of climate justice.

He forced corporations across America to diversify their boardrooms. Stringer is committed to a thriving City that keeps its contract with every New Yorker—for public safety, housing, education, justice, and a sustainable environment. As he explores a campaign for Mayor in 2025, Scott will be meeting with New Yorkers from every section of our City, and he invites you to join that conversation.
